1. Keep grapes fresh by storing them in a paper bag with plenty of breathing room at the back of the fridge (where it is often colder).
2. Wait to rinse your grapes until you’re read to enjoy them. The extra moisture before storing can lead to mold and spoilage.
3. Grapes are very susceptible to picking up on odors, so keep them away from strong-odored fridgemates.
Prevent extra grapes from going to waste by tossing them in the freezer! They make a refreshing snack, an easy addition to smoothies, or a tasty ice cube alternative. After removing the stems, washing and drying, arrange on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, then transfer to a storage bag. Frozen grapes will last for up to a year!
