1. If left attached, radish greens will continue to draw out water, leaving you with rubbery radishes. Trim them off leaving 1” of the stem.

2. Wait to wash your radishes until you are ready to enjoy them to prevent mold and spoilage.

3. Save your radish greens and store them separately. They’re great in salads, soups, and pesto!
