We love our veggies and hate to see any food go to waste, but even we (some seriously diehard produce-lovers!) can have a hard time using up challenging items in our Harvests from time to time.
Maybe we’ve just used ‘em so much we’ve run out of ideas or they’re tricky or time consuming to prepare. Maybe we haven’t landed on the right dishes yet.
That’s why we need your help!
We’re building a catalog of recipes featuring our top ten most challenging veggies, chosen based on the items that show up most frequently on the Never List or feedback we’ve heard from you and our own Hungry Harvest home cooks.
Send us your original recipes or original twists on an old favorite using (at least) one of the ten veggies on our list below and you could win 1 year of free fruits and veggies from Hungry Harvest! You can enter as many unique recipes as you’d like, but only the most creative and delicious recipe (as voted on by the public) will win. Submissions will only be accepted for the next two weeks, so make sure to get your recipes and pics in now!
