Starting this summer we’re hitting the road 4 times a year, to get back to our roots and back into our communities. As part of our inaugural road trip, we’ll visit DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia on a three city tour to bring together every aspect of our mission, culminating with local events that celebrate the good work we are doing together. Good food + good people + good cause = good times!
We never stop looking for new ways to give back to our farmers and our communities. We think the best way we can do that is to dive back into our neighborhoods, expand hunger-solving partnerships in our own backyard and build stronger relationships with our local growers.
Each seasonal road trip:
Helps some of the smaller farms & organizations that often get overlooked.
Rescues at least 20,000 pounds of produce directly from local farms.
Establishes sustainable ongoing programs to help fight hunger through bulk produce donations and food box distributions.
Learn more about our farmer’s stories & the hunger-solving organizations that we are supporting, help us raise money to increase our impact on future road trips, and join us for a free, fun filled afternoon of good food & good people for a good cause at one of these local events:
Tuesday, June 15 from 5-9pm
at Love City Brewery
1023 Hamilton Street
Proceeds will benefit Mama Tee which helps provide sustainable food for those in need in communities of color throughout the city of Philadelphia.
Thursday, June 24 from 5-9pm
at Union Craft Brewing
1700 W 41st St, Unit 420
