Inspect your berries right away for any signs of mold. Even one bad berry can spread through a container very quickly. Separating the bad seed will save the rest of the lot!

If you have one handy, move your berries into a container larger than the original packaging to give ‘em room to breathe and prolong their lifespan.

Exposure to water can increase the chance of mold in delicate berries. Hold off on washing until just before you’re ready to use ‘em up.
