Trim the greens from your radishes, leaving 1” of the stem. If left attached, the greens will pull all of the water out of the radishes. Store the greens in a breathable bag in the fridge drawer.

Store radishes and greens unwashed. Wait to rinse until you’re ready to enjoy ‘em. The extra moisture before storing can lead to mold and spoilage.

Radish greens are a great addition to salads, soups and pesto.
