Airtight Container

Remove greens from any packaging and place in an airtight container with a cloth or paper towel to absorb moisture.

Even with the best storage practices, a few greens will start to look not so hot and outer leaves will wilt - don’t toss all the good with the bad - separating the wilted greens from the healthy will do the trick.

If your greens are looking a little on the wilted side, soak 'em in an ice bath to bring 'em back to life!
